Lamoille Valley Community Justice Program (CJP) |

CJP provides health-focused, home-based case management services to children ages birth to 12 who are impacted by their parents’ incarceration. CJP’s goal is to help children transition successfully to adulthood by avoiding involvement in the criminal justice system.
In 2011:
- 58 Children received health-focused case management services
- 10 Adults received assistance to access substance abuse treatment
- 18 Children attended summer camp
- 17 Families were helped to address food insecurity
- 30 Children participated in school sports or other school enrichment programs
