CJP provides health-focused, home-based case management services to children ages birth to 12 who are impacted by their parents’ incarceration. CJP’s goal is to help children transition successfully to adulthood by avoiding involvement in the criminal justice system. 2009 Special Initiatives- Community of Moms

In 2008: - 55 Children received health-focused case management services
- 22 Adults received assistance to access substance abuse treatment
- 7 Women participated in a substance abuse support group
- 20 Children participated in group literacy activities
- 15 Children participated in a monthly nature program
