Teen Alchohol Safety Program (TASP) |

Youth ages 16 through their 21st birthday who violate Vermont’s underage possession and consumption of alcohol laws are referred by law enforcement to TASP. The TASP case managers supervise individualized contracts which include an assessment by a certified or licensed substance abuse counselor, a program fee, and other activities designed to promote learning and reflection. In 2008: - 159 youth participated and 73% completed the program
